Five years ago, fourth generation Waterford, Ontario farmer Jason Persall had a vision of supplying the food industry with quality, local artisan foods. Today his brand Pristine Gourmet, part of Persall Farms, carries products including top-quality dried beans, wine vinegars, soya sauce, and cooking wines, all of which are 100% Canadian. Jason supplies cranberry kidney beans, white and red kidney beans, white and black navy beans and soybeans to discerning processors and consumers, including to you through Ontario's Own.

Together with his wife Linda and their family, Jason also operates Persall Naturals Ltd., producing high quality, extra-virgin golden oils. Persall Naturals and Pristine Gourmet have won the Premier’s Award for Agri-Food Innovation and been selected by Toronto Life as one of the 100 Must-Try-Before-You-Die Tastes of Toronto.

Persall Farms cranberry and kidney beans are featured in Ontario’s Own Pork’n’Beans and Chili con Carne.
